I have 2 dogs, 12 yrs a poodle (bubbles boy) and a 3 yrs Silky (Hugo). About a year ago, my family moved to a 5-room HDB at Yishun and I have been told to get rid of a dog. Apparently neighbours complained.
My mom suggested putting boy to sleep cuz he's getting old. I got so mad cuz she claimed he had signs of aging; hearing not so sharp as before, eyes can't see so well and he's limping. Then she told my sister that the vet said he was perfectly fine and healthy for a dog his age. My goodness, she lied to my face. Tried to get me to agree to put boy to sleep. crazy. she was so crazy.
Hugo had an owner that traveled frequently. Subsequently, we always home-stay Hugo every time the owner was away. The travels became more frequent and duration became longer. So Hugo feels like part of the family.
Now, in order to "save" the young one, Hugo, according to my mother, we should put boy to sleep. I think he is too healthy for it. Please advise.

Blessed
Good advice is hard to get. Great advice came once for me and its stuck with me throughout the years.
Someone once told me that life starts on a blank piece of paper. You hold the pen to write your own story, whatever you want it to be.
This someone also told me this: "Always do everything right, right right right, until you're alright." Everytime I come to stop at life's crossroads, I'm reminded of these little quotes that somehow bring me to being alright.
He went on, night after night, drilling into my mind: Life is how you want to make of it. You have to mix around with the right people.
Well, it all sounds so cliché but I got great influence from being with the right people and have learnt great life lessons. I even got to know myself a little better, like how I'd like my life to be. It isn't a person's past or family history that determines how one will be like in the future. It's how that one person works towards being that great person he/she can potentially be.
Yes this really sounds so familiar. But do you practice it?
It seriously doesn't matter what car you drive or what house you live in. What matters is good principles and values. I hope that one day, I'll be able to get this message across to my friends, family and little cousins.
I'm still very young, but I think I went through life pretty hard. Went over many large humps and took many many bumps. Maybe even got myself a bad reputation. Rumours, lots of it. Well, part of life. Let them say what they want. I have to believe in myself (I can do it), my family, my friends and my wonderful lovely (oil trader already) baoster. hehe.. Happy for him.
A little tribute: Congratulations baby, you made it. You worked hard and did what you had to do. So proud of you because you did it on your own. You deserve it. So love u. :)

Girl's just wanna have fun!
The girls and I are going to Phuket! Woohoo!! In the meantime, I'm stuck on SIMS2 and Facebook of course! Marc got promoted! Yay! So happy for him. So proud of him.
Bad sucky part: I have an injury from Cheerleading that isn't getting better. Gotta spend a ton on consultations, x-rays and sports specialist. Thank god my bones are fine! Just hoping for a quick recovery so I can resume training again.

My graduation
Finally! I have graduated from Ngee Ann Poly. I'm so happy I pulled through. With amazing support from awesome classmates and family, I did it. The people who came to support me yesterday made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world! My parents, my sister melissa, Chloe & Sarah, and of course Marc. I was smiling with much warmth in my heart yesterday. Thank you all for making it so wonderful for me. I realise, I didn't need to have everyone to like me, I'm happy I have those who believe in me. Your hope, your trust and belief in me will want me to make you proud. Thanks once again, from the bottom of my heart.

My review on Ecotel Bangkok hotel
That was my second time at Ecotel.
Firstly, the hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the bed is neat, the towels smell nice and fresh. The Lobby is very nice and classy, gives you a warm feeling being downstairs on the sofa. Good place to wait for friends to get ready.
Hotel Staff are friendly, warm and always helpful, kinda also keeping a lookout for us. If we're carrying bags, they'll open the door for us and even help us if possible.
There is a tour desk downstairs that is really convenient to book activities.
I love the convenience of the location. The massage place next door is cheap and cheaper than all other massage palours. a 2 hour Oil-massage is only 500Bhat/person compared to others that could even be double.
The street food is a few seconds away and it's safe. So far the 2 times I 've been at Ecotel, none of my friends have had a tummy ache. There are also diners along that street that I really love. The food is authentic, a little more expensive then the street food but definitely worth it! Phad Thai at the diner was only about 100-120Bhat. Street food like Chicken rice was about 40Baht.
7-eleven is just downstairs, seconds away as well. So beers, gum, toiletries, drinks, instant food can all be bought there.
All in all, I loved it and will definitely recommend it. It's a simple place with no facilities but who needs them when u're in BKK. It's always good to wake up refreshed there at a really nice affordable price!
